BLANKETS

Our blankets are created with self-care in mind because many of our customers live with chronic illness and truly deserve comfort and joy. Some blankets are simply beautiful while others have a wicked sense of humor! There's something for everyone at Bon Vivant Design House. 

Absolutely! We offer personalized blankets where you can add names, initials, or meaningful text to create something truly unique. Personalization options vary by design, and we’re happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible.

One of the best things about our blankets is that they become softer with every wash! This is due to the 100% premium cotton yarn.

To keep your blanket looking its best, we recommend machine washing it on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry. 

PAYMENTS

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

SHIPPING

Our blankets are made-to-order just for you! Please allow 1-3 days for the weaving process PLUS the following shipping times: 

Standard 5-12 business days

Expedited 3-5 business days

You will receive an email with tracking information once your blanket ships.

Carrier tracking will provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets lost in intransit or tracking for your order shows as delivered but you have not received the package, please contact our support and we can assist you with next steps as there are different protocols for each situation. 

RETURNS

While we want you to be thrilled with your purchase, personalized blankets cannot be returned since they are custom-made just for you. However, if there is an issue with the quality or craftsmanship, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

For non-personalized blankets, we accept returns within 30 days as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. You’ll just need to cover the return shipping.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support right away via email. If an order has already been shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order. 

*Please note that once an order ships, we cannot make changes to the shipping address so PLEASE double-check your shipping addess on file before placing your order.
